What are Rollover-Days and How Do I Use Them?

🌟 What Are 'Rollover Days'? Oh, they're like lunchtime hall passes! When life surprises you and your child can't make it for lunch, no worries! You've got rollover day credits to the rescue.

🍔 Whether your child is sick, at home, or enjoying a vacation, you can simply cancel the lunch order by 9 AM the day before lunch will be served. If no lunch order is placed, you do not need to take any action - our system will recognize the unused lunch and consider it a rollover day. And guess what? You'll get a lunch credited toward your next weekly billing invoice for your Meal Plan. The number of rollover days you can earn is based on your chosen meal plan. Talk about saving with a side of smiles! 😄

You can also embrace the freedom to adjust your lunch plans as the occasion demands. It's like having lunchtime superpowers! 

🌟Please keep in mind that you can change your meal plan at any time to avoid using up your rollover days. For example, if your student is typically a 5-day-a-week student, and you will only be ordering 2 days for the following week, change your plan to a 2-day plan on Friday the prior week to ensure you are only charged for the 2 lunches for the following week.

Rollover-day credits will be applied toward your next weekly invoice. For example, if you rollover 2 lunches one week, you will receive 2 lunch credits toward the next week's billing. But don't worry, we've got plenty of lunchtime magic to go around! 🌈
