How do I close my account?
If you are accessing your account from a mobile device, please click on the Menu icon in the upper left corner of the screen and select "Manage Account". From here, scroll down until you see the box labeled "Your Information" and click "Close My Account".

If you are accessing your account via a computer browser, please click your name in the upper right corner of the screen and choose "Manage Account". From here, scroll down until you see the box labeled "Your Information" and click "Close My Account".
If there is a balance on your account, it will automatically be refunded back to the original credit card used. If there hasn't been a payment in over six months, the card may not allow us to refund and we will need to process a check refund with a $10 processing fee.
Please keep in mind, that if you are issued a check from Choicelunch, you will receive an email from Checkbook.io that allows you to download and print your refund check, or choose to have a physical check mailed.
