How to Place an Order Using the Lunchbox (Website & App!) 🥪📱
Whether you’re ordering from your phone during morning drop-off or sneaking in a quick lunch pick on your laptop, ordering with the Lunchbox is a breeze!
When you're in the Lunchbox section (on the website or the app), you’ll see your student(s)’ names hanging out in the bottom left corner of the screen.
✨ Parent tip: You can keep all your students’ menus open if you’re ordering for the whole crew. Or, if it’s just one kiddo calling the shots (especially if they like to choose their own meals), simply uncheck the other names. That way, you’re only viewing one menu at a time—much easier to manage!
Once you’ve picked your student, just click on the date you’d like to order for and start building that perfect lunch lineup.

Choose the main dish your student will love, then pick the perfect portion.

Regular size lunches are usually just right for K–5th graders.

Large size lunches are typically a better fit for growing appetites—think 6th grade and up.
🥗 Step 3: Round it out
Now for the fun part! Add sides, drinks, and fruits or veggies to complete the meal. You can mix and match based on your kiddo’s favorites—or try something new!
✅ Step 4: Click “Place Order”
Once everything looks good, hit that Place Order button!
You’ll then see a handy option to repeat the same order on any other date where that entrée is available—perfect for kids who love a routine or have a go-to favorite. Major time-saver!
And just like that, lunch ordering is done and delicious. 🎉
