Update Your Account, Students & Settings

Update Your Personal Information

You can update your name, email address, or phone number at any time.

On the app:

1. Tap Account in the bottom right corner.

2. Select Account Settings.

3. Scroll to update your personal information.

4. Tap Save.

Your changes will update immediately.

Update Lunch Order Notifications

You can choose how and when you receive reminders to place lunch orders.

On the app:

1. Tap Account in the lower right corner.

2. Select Account Settings.

On a computer:

1. Click your name in the upper right corner.

2. Select Manage Account.

Next:
3. Scroll to Order Reminders.
4. Choose your preferred reminder type:

• Email

• Push notifications

• Or both

You can set reminders for the timing that works best for you, whether it’s the night before or later in the week.

Update Your Credit Card Information

If you need to add or update a payment method, you can do so from your account.

On the app:

1. Tap Wallet at the bottom of the screen.

On a computer:

1. Click your name in the upper right corner.

2. Select Manage Account.

Then:
2. Tap Add to enter a new card, or Update to replace an existing one.
3. Enter your card details and select Continue to save.

Your updated payment information will be available immediately.

Add a Student to Your Account

You can add another student from the same school directly in the app.

1. Tap Account in the bottom right corner.

2. Select Manage Students.

3. Tap Add another student.

4. Complete the setup and save.

If your student attends a different school and you don’t see their school listed, please contact our Support Team at support@choicelunch.com for assistance.

Update a Student’s Information

You can edit your student’s profile details at any time.

Using the mobile app:

1. Tap Account in the bottom right corner.

2. Select Manage Students.

3. Tap the student profile you want to update.

Using a computer:

1. Click your name in the upper right corner.

2. Select Manage Account, then Manage Students.

3. Click Update.

From here, you can update:

• Student name

• Grade

• School

• Dietary preferences

• Allergy information

After making your changes, scroll down and select Next to save.
