To cancel a lunch and receive full credit, simply follow these steps:
- Log in to your Choicelunch account.
- Make sure to cancel the lunch online before 9 am on the day before the scheduled lunch will be served. It's like a lunchtime magic trick!
- Please note that credit will not be issued for lunches canceled after the 9 am deadline. We want to make sure you're aware of this to ensure a smooth experience.
Rollover Day Credits for Meal Plans: If you're on one of the Choicelunch meal plans, canceling a lunch online can count towards one of your rollover days. You'll receive a credit for the canceled lunch toward your next week's meal plan billing. The amount of rollover days you can receive during the school year is determined by your meal plan. Field Trip Cancellations: While we work closely with schools to keep their calendar updated, individual class field trips may not always be known in advance. It's the parent's responsibility to cancel the lunch within the cancellation deadline to receive credit for that lunch. We've got your back!
