How do I close my Choicelunch account?
To close your Choicelunch account, please contact our support team.
How to request account closure:
Email support@choicelunch.com with your request.
Refund information:
If your account has a remaining balance, it will be refunded to the original credit card on file when possible.
If it has been more than six months since the last payment and the card refund cannot be processed, a check refund will be issued instead.
Check refunds include a $10 processing fee.
Check refunds:
If a check refund is issued, you’ll receive an email from Checkbook.io with options to print your check or request that a physical check be mailed to you.
