- Each hot lunch comes with a color label on the entree. For example, red can signify Chicken Tenders, while green can represent Spaghetti with Meat Sauce. It's a fun, easy, and visual way to identify the type of entree ordered.
- School staff receives a digital Daily Lunch Report that shows the student's name next to the type of entree they will receive, as well as if they will receive a side bag with their entree or not.
Personalized Lunch Bags:
- Your child's lunch bag comes with a label displaying their name and sides included in their order. We've got their back, and their lunch bag knows it too!
- The label on the lunch bag also references the "color" lunch that should be pulled from the oven daily. It's like a lunchtime roadmap for our dedicated lunchtime heroes.

The bags are all filled the night before and placed in school tubs that are barcoded for each individual school. These tubs are then left in refrigeration overnight to allow for appropriate storage. In the morning, we scan the tubs into the school-specific cold transport containers that will take the bags to each individual school safely.

- We always come prepared! We send a certain amount of "Emergency Lunches" to each school**, just in case a child forgets their lunch at home or if any mix-ups occur. Emergency lunches are entree only.

- In high-stress situations, especially when 50-150 students approach the lunch counter simultaneously, it's possible for lunchtime volunteers or school staff to pull the wrong color. We get it, and we want to make things right!
